The Building

8435 Stemmons is an 11-story office building containing 230,000 rentable square feet along Dallas' Interstate 35 corridor. In 1997, the building underwent a complete renovation, including all building mechanical systems and exterior finishes. Although built in 1971, 8435 Stemmons is for all intents and purposes the newest building in the submarket. In 2009, the building underwent a major lobby renovation to upgrade the interior finishes of the property to true Class A standards.

8435 Stemmons provides 21,000 square foot open and highly functional floor plates, state-of-the-art mechanical systems and elegant interior finishes. The entire second floor is dedicated to a fail-safe telx™ colocation facility with 18,500 square feet of raised flooring, three 1,500 kva back-up generators and direct access to one of the premier carrier Internet gateways in North America.
